- Orders are usually fulfilled in two business days after payment is processed. For art work the average order fulfillment is 3-5 business days. Customers will receive emails when items are shipped out.
- We have a 14-day return policy after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Wall Art is excluded from returns/refunds unless damaged/defective.
- Customers are responsible for any duties or taxes if the product is shipped from a fulfillment center outside of the country. For example the white frames are sourced from the US so be warned there might be taxes/duties to pay for that option when ordering outside of the US.

These are seriously well made prayer mats. We bought the Al Aqsa design and gifted it to my father in law, who has challenges with joint pains during his prayer. The cushion material makes it a lot easier on him and the artwork is so unique and different from the mats we’ve purchased before. Highly recommended!
